1. About Us

Fibro Plasma Perth operates from Ardross, Western Australia, providing plasma fibroblast and jet plasma skin treatments performed by certified Master Technician Ana Belén, and selling professional devices such as the Ultra Cold Jet T33.

2. Consultations and Bookings

• An initial consultation is required before any treatment to assess your suitability, discuss realistic expectations and provide a personalised quote.
• The consultation fee is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable if you fail to attend without notice.
• Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit any deposit paid.

3. Treatments and Results

• Plasma fibroblast and jet plasma are cosmetic treatments. Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including age, skin condition, lifestyle and adherence to aftercare instructions.
• Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, and no specific result is guaranteed. Information provided is general in nature.
• You must disclose all relevant medical information during consultation. Failure to do so may affect your suitability, safety and results.
• Some clients require more than one session to achieve their desired outcome; additional sessions are charged separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices displayed on this website are a guide only, are in Australian dollars, and may change without notice. Prices shown as "from" indicate a starting price; your exact quote is confirmed at consultation.
• Payment for treatments is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Device and Product Purchases

• Orders for devices such as the Ultra Cold Jet T33 are confirmed once payment is received in full.
• Shipping timeframes provided are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
• Devices are covered by the warranty described on our Warranty page, in addition to any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Devices are professional tools. It is the purchaser's responsibility to complete the training provided and to comply with any regulations applicable to their use.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
